OUR STORES

The Mall is located in the Central City of Upper Hutt serving over 46,000 residents. Originally called Maidstone Mall it was commissioned in 1974, and opened in October 1974. It was later known as Logan Plaza or as it is now The Mall.

Over the years it has undergone several redevelopments. We have 29 specialty retailers within the mall and 11 stores that face Upper Hutt’s iconic Main Street. We also manage another 5 stores in nearby buildings.

The Mall offers you a warm friendly atmosphere with a great community spirit, and without the hustle and bustle of other larger centres.

The Mall also manages the buildings off Logan Street carpark and Main Street, where you’ll find the Monterey Cinemas, Go! NZ, Bayleys and Newbold’s business.
